Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify business requirements and develop functional specifications.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training to system users and create user documentation.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for HCM modules.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HCM-related queries.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
We are looking for
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Work Structures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
