Job Description
- Develop and provide client and new hire training to CSRs
- Construct and publish monthly CSR quizzes to measure team knowledge and track learning
- Assist with maintaining CSR knowledgebase (DCFC) as instructed
We are looking for
- Education: Bachelors Degree
- Experience: 5 to 10 years
Skills
- Ability to speak with and relate to a wide variety of personalities
- Capability to work independently
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong understanding of client processes and programs (if promoted internally)
- Familiarity with HTML & Javascript is an asset
